Materials such as sand, gravel, topsoil, sod and any boxes/bins required for the cleanup of waste or dirt removal can also be supplied.

TIPS FOR YOUR PROJECT:
• Make a plan and put it down on paper or have a professional draw one, include site location and an detailed explanation of what you expect
• Check with your City or Towns building department to see if permits are required
• Call Ontario One Call in order to get locates to ensure excavation is safe or go to http://www.on1call.com for more information
• Choose a qualified contractor using all resources, word of mouth from someone you trust is usually best, ask the contractor for references you can call and check with your local credit bureau.
• Get at least three estimates, to get a better feel for costs have the contractor break it down into estimated hours and rate, major materials and costs, outside services and costs, any other associated costs
• When choosing the contractor remember the lowest bid is not always the best. Ask questions regarding the quality of materials, experience with similar type projects and the best timeline to meet your needs. Also ask the contractor about unforeseen circumstances that could affect the project and build it into your contingency budget
• Before proceeding with the project ask for proof of liability insurance and WSIB insurance
• During the project you should feel free to ask questions or express any concerns you may have when there is no equipment operating on site, too many questions could create interference and may cause delays and an extended timeline or costs

ADDITIONS/ENTRANCES
For your new addition or entrance we will get locates from ON1CALL should you not acquire them prior to breaking any ground. We will secure the area and ensure the safety of all for the duration of the project. Excavation is our specialty – leave it in our Hands!
WASTE REMOVAL
Depending on the size of your project we will calculate and disucss with you the boxes or truck loads you will need to get rid of dirt and waste. After removal we will do our best to have your home restored to its’original appearance. Some landscaping may be required – ask for a free quote
